Unless a chair and secretary are elected there is a strong danger that the Society will cease to exist!

Our Constitution states that 5 Trustees must be in post i.e. Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary. Failing to comply can mean we are in breach of the constitution and therefore the Office of Scottish Charity Register (OSCR) can close the Society down.
